Do You Think Meditation Can Make You a Better Person ? You Might Have Been Thinking Wrong

Researchers have studied the connection between meditation and the five types of social behaviours : compassion, empathy, aggression, connectedness and prejudice. And found that, meditation may make you feel pity for the misfortunes of others or can make you able to understand and share the feelings of another, but meditation has nothing to do with aggression, connectedness and prejudice. Means, meditation can't reduce the feelings of anger and also can't stop you causing harm to others.
